Draft for review. This is a starter policy and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified attorney. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
Every Corner Media ("we", "us") provides marketing services for local businesses and operates the free Every Corner Score. Questions about this policy: hello@everycornermedia.com.
To run a scan: the business name, city, state, and optional website address you enter. No email address is required to run a scan or see results.
If you choose to submit the optional contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the business details already on the report, your overall score, when you submitted, the page you came from, and standard campaign parameters (UTM tags) if present in the link you used.
Public information: the Every Corner Score analyzes publicly available information about the business you enter — such as a public website, public listings, and public search results — to build the report.
We use scan inputs to generate your report. If you submit the contact form, we use your details to send you your results and respond to your request. We only send marketing email if you separately check the marketing-consent box — and we record the wording, version, and time of that consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your results or your contact information. We do not require an email to show a report. We do not treat a request for your report copy as permission for ongoing marketing.
Reports are automated estimates based on publicly available information and connected data providers. Platform availability, search personalization, and data access affect results. A score does not guarantee placement in search-engine or AI-generated results.
Lead submissions are stored in our form-handling provider (Netlify) and any systems we use to respond to you. To request deletion of your information, email hello@everycornermedia.com and we will remove it.
When you request an Every Corner Score, we store the details you submit (business, contact info, competitors, goals) so we can research and email your report. We may collect anonymous usage events to improve the tool; these are not tied to your identity.
