No black box. Here's exactly what we check, how it's weighted, and what the score does — and doesn't — mean.
We look at every place a parent or group organizer actually finds a fun center — Google and Apple Maps, AI answers, review sites, social media, directories, ads, and your own website — and we run the same checks on two nearby competitors. 67 checks across 11 categories, each graded A–F, rolled into one score out of 100. The research is done by AI and reviewed by a fun center owner before it's sent.
Not every corner of the internet matters equally for a fun center, so categories are weighted:
Each check earns 1 point for a pass, half a point for "needs work," and 0 for missing. Each category becomes a percentage, and the categories are combined with the weights above into your score out of 100. The scoring is done by a fixed script, not by the AI, so every business is graded the same way.
What if something can't be checked? Anything we can't verify from public information is marked "Not verified" and excluded from the math entirely — never guessed, never counted as a zero.
Competitors are scored on exactly the same checks from public information. Price positioning, who's running ads, and what customers say in reviews are shown for context and are not part of the score.
The score is an estimate based on publicly available information on the day of the audit. It is not a ranking guarantee, an endorsement by any platform, or a promise that your business will appear in search or AI results. Search personalization, location and platform changes all affect what real customers see.
